The Work Begins One hour, in person or virtually. Within 48 hours you'll receive your written sourcing direction — what stays, what goes, and exactly where to take it from here.

  • We spend one hour moving through your space together — in person or by video call. We look at your space with fresh eyes, identifying what's working, what isn't, and where small intentional changes could shift the entire feeling of your space.

  • The Field Plan is your written guide delivered within 48 hours of your session. It outlines specifically what to keep, what to let go, what to change, and why.

  • Not at all. The Scout works just as well for hosts just getting started as it does for those who have been listed for years and want a refresh.

  • Yes. Virtual sessions are available anywhere via video call. We'll do a walkthrough of your space on camera alongside any photos you share beforehand. In person sessions are available within Washington state.

  • Two options depending on your location:

    • Virtual Sourcing Guide — $75 — A curated collection of links sourced specifically for your space across Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and Craigslist. Available anywhere. Delivered within 5 business days.

    • In Person Sourcing & Install — $150 per room — We source on your behalf from estate sales, thrift stores, and local finds with character. Washington state only. Minimum sourcing budget $150 collected upfront. Nothing purchased without your approval.

  • You set the budget and we work within it. The sourcing budget covers the cost of items only. Curation and install is billed separately at $150 per room. Any unused budget is returned within 5 business days of project completion.

  • Just be ready to walk us through your space honestly. If you have photos of interiors you love have those handy too. The more context you can share the more tailored your Field Plan will be.

  • Yes. Your $99 is fully transferable toward The Field Edit within 30 days of receiving your Field Plan.

  • The $99 session fee is due at booking. The Virtual Sourcing Guide and any sourcing budget are invoiced separately prior to work beginning.

  • Primarily, yes. But, VRBO, cabin rentals, and any short term rental property qualify. If you're unsure whether your space is a good fit just reach out and we'll let you know.

  • The Scout is not a remodel. We source and select every piece with intention but installation and assembly on sourced items are only available in Washington state. We're not here to gut your space. We're here to help it become the best version of itself.
